About Jimmy Clabots.

Healing Beyond the Textbook.

Jimmy is a Physical Therapist Assistant, Alexander Technique teacher, and CranioSacral therapist who integrates multiple disciplines into a practical, results-driven approach to healing.

His career began as a personal trainer in his twenties, but his real education came from decades as a high-level mover—performing professionally as an actor and singer at Disneyland while pursuing elite-level backcountry snowboarding and gymnastics. Injuries taught him what conventional training couldn't: that true healing requires more than managing symptoms. It demands understanding tissue health, movement quality, and the body's capacity to handle load. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional rehab, Jimmy dove deep into the science of tissue regeneration and neuromuscular coordination, ultimately discovering SoftWave Therapy as a tool to restart stalled healing in even the most chronic cases. Today, he integrates multiple disciplines—from fascia retraining to biohacking—into a practical, results-driven approach that treats the body as an intelligent system, not a collection of parts.

When he's not in the clinic, you'll find Jimmy exploring biohacking, regenerative rehabilitation, and spending time with his daughter.
