I started as an Alexander teacher that became a physical therapist, then became saddled by mysterious health conditions. Coming from my own experience of successfully biohacking and healing my health, plus my new obsession with CranioSacral work, I have been transformed as a human and therapist, and I love helping people find their embodied agency through structural reintegration.
